Owner Pays for Water, Trash, and Sewage. Renter is Responsible for Electric and turning the electric on in name. Last months Rent Due At signing . No smoking Allowed in the unit. up to 2 pets total Allowed no vicious breeds Pitbull's , German shepherds, Rottweilers etc. Must fill out Application in Person and the application Fee is $35 per adult.
