5. Security Deposit: The security deposit is refundable, provided the property is returned in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. The cost of repairing any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit.
6. Occupancy: Only tenants approved by the landlord may reside at the property.
7. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any indoor living space, bedroom, the main home, or the detached office. Smoking is permitted outdoors, including designated areas such as the patio, yard, or porch. Please dispose of all smoking materials safely and responsibly.
