Entry level has a multipurpose room with carpet. one half bathroom next to the room. Has one closet. Hard floor throughout first floor.

The house has 2 car-parking garage.

Owner pays HOA. Renter is responsible gas, electric and water.
No smoking is prefer.
small pet is ok. Renter is responsible any reparation under $200.

1) We are looking for at least one year lease.
2) The amount due, the due date, acceptable payment methods of check or bank deposit directly.
3) When a payment is considered late and later fee will be add.
4) Security Deposit: require one month rental as deposit. The amount collected, the conditions for deductions, and when it will be returned after move-out (subject to state law).
5)Which utilities the tenant pays (electricity, gas, water, internet, trash, etc.) and which are paid by the landlord.
6) The notice required before moving out and any penalties for ending the lease early.

    "It’s a good neighbourhood , I moved here from india. My job is in Manassas only. I feel this neighbourhood is good and safe. For me surprisingly the rent is super high but I could find any houses with less rent. Grocery stores and all very near by, for me Costco , Walmart is just 5 mins drive ( less than 3 miles ) We’ve a lot of shops near by so Even if you don’t have a car , you can still manage to get some groceries to survive but have to walk around 1-1.5 miles I feel it’s save don’t know why but I got the gut feeling "
