Lease Length: Month to Month - Seeking at least 12 months.
Monthly Rent Due: 1st of every month.
Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, water, internet, cable) and Landlord is responsible for all yard maintenance and landscaping.
Pet policy: Maximum of 2 dogs and 2 cats permitted. $1,000 pet deposit is non-refundable.
Occupancy limits: Maximum 6 people permitted to live in the home.
Parking: No RV or Trailer Parking for more than 24 hours.
Smoking policy: Whether smoking or vaping is permitted on the property.
Insurance requirements: Renters insurance is required.
Property rules: Dogs must be on leash when outside of the home. Common areas quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am. Trash and Recycling must be stored beyond the back gate.
Move-out Cleaning: Professional cleaning upon move-out. Tenant to provide landlord with receipt or proof of cleaning service.
