It has top-of-the-line appliances, including Samsung 4-door fridge with LCD (Family Hub), Samsung Washer, and Dryer. The kitchen has a powerful wall-mounted range hood which is very convenient if you do a lot of cooking. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. White cabinets throughout the house. Lots of pantry space in the kitchen.Lots of windows throughout the house. It has a huge covered Deck. Motor-powered blinds in the living room. The living room, dining, kitchen, deck, and powder room are on the second floor. The laundry and all of the bedrooms are on the third floor. The master bedroom has an upgraded walk-in closet with built-in closets. I have an in-law suite on the first floor with a private entrance not included in the rental property. I will provide free high-speed 1 GIG internet. All other utilities are separate and are to be paid by the renter. We will require renters insurance and 5000 USD as the security deposit. It is a tranquil, kid-friendly, and safe community. You will get access to all the features in the community, including the clubhouse rental access, kids' park, and lots of walking trails. The community was built in 2017. A minimum of 1-year lease is required. Working professionals are required. No smoking is allowed on the property. The property has a two-car garage with remote access. There is plenty of parking on the street.

The owner will pay for internet and HOA. Renters is responsible for all other utilities. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed on the property. It has a 2 car garage. There is plenty of parking on the street.
