We are transitioning from occasional Airbnb use to a stable, long-term tenant and are looking for responsible occupants who will treat the property like their own home.
Key Lease Details

Lease Duration: 12-month initial term preferred. Month-to-month may be available after the first term with proper notice.
Rent: $3600 due on the [1st / 5th] of each month. Prorated rent for partial months.
