Located within walking distance of Adams Elementary School and near Roosevelt Middle School and South Eugene High School, this home offers a convenient location with easy access to everything South Eugene has to offer.

Application Submission: We will begin accepting applications for this property 6/18/26 at 11 am. Applications are not considered received until deemed complete. We will inform you via email once your application has been deemed complete. If you need additional time to complete your application because you require language assistance, please let us know at the time you submit your application.

Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed. Additional pets will be subject to owner approval, on a case by case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month.

Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power, waste disposal and internet/cable if desired. Water and sewer will be billed back to the tenants for an additional monthly charge based on actual usage.

Laundry: Home includes washer, dryer and utility sink.

Landscaping: Owner/Agent is responsible for exterior landscaping.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
