12 Month Lease required. No subletting without landlord approval. No smoking inside home under any circumstances. Smoking will result in loss of entire deposit. All utilities are covered by renter. Security and Pet deposit will be returned upon completion of lease. Amount is determined by damage to property. No potty pads or other indoor pet bathroom materials are allowed inside house. Property will be maintained and clean inside and out. Mowing lawn and picking up after dogs is renters responsibility. Standard maintenance (lightbulbs, batteries, vacuuming, mopping, etc.) are renters responsibility. Additional work and maintenance (house projects, furnace filters, seeding, weed and feed, bug control, fences etc.) are managed by landlord. Landlord will give minimum 48hr notice before arriving to house barring emergencies. Rent will be due on the 1st of every month with a grace period to the 5th of every month. Late fees will be applied as necessary.

    "It’s a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Two grocery stores are within walking distance as well as many restaurants and a gym. It’s located by a school though I’ve been told it’s pretty rough there. Great location during the 4th of July. Can walk or drive right over to where they’re shooting off the fireworks. During the winter, it’s relatively quiet and not much neighborhood togetherness but people are typically pretty friendly. There is glass on the street. I suspect from drinking the night before. It’s safe, but I wouldn’t let kids play outside by themselves... "
