Amenities included: Gated community, central air, central heat, dishwasher, refrigerator, hardwood floors, pool, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, great storage, washer dryer hook up, fenced yard, vaulted ceilings and upgraded lighting package. Association fee and trash included. Pets are welcome/ dog park. $1850 per month rent. $1850 security deposit required. Tenant is responsible for all utilities except trash. Approval is based on an overall review of the credit, evictions and background check. Applicants must gross 3x the rental amount, owe no utility companies or other property management companies, and have no felonies listed on the criminal background check. Everyone who will be living in the home that is over the age of 18 will need to complete an application. We will perform a credit check, background check, and eviction check on every applicant. All applications must be accompanied by 1 month of pay stubs and a copy of the applicant's drivers license. Nearby Schools: Buena Vista Elementary Riverside Middle School Riverside High School.

Lawn care, exterior maintenance, monthly association fee and trash pick up included. 2 car garage.
