* Transportation: Car recommended. 205 bus available (10min bike ride to bus).

* About us: Friendly, active middle-aged couple, good sense of humor and healthy lifestyle. Quiet, creative/out-of-the-box thinkers, community-oriented, enjoy stimulating conversation on culture, current events, relationships, etc. He's a Software Engineer. She does Professional Organizing, Petcare, and Relationship Coaching.
* Chemical-free home for the most part (cleaning products, etc).

Seeking roommate who is also easy-going, smart, friendly, non-smoking, and clean in common areas (especially kitchen sink and counters). Please have a reliable income source / employment. Partial work-from-home (2-3 days/week is fine). No additional pets please.

* Easy 30 day-trial to see if it's a mutual fit; month-to-month after that. Potential for long-term lease.

Utils (heat, water, wifi): $120-50/mo.

$200 deposit to hold your spot, deducted off 1st month's rent when you move in.
1 Month's rent (refundable damage deposit) due upon move-in.

*Fees & Upfront Costs: A standard security deposit is required. There are zero application or screening fees if you apply using your Zillow screening pass.

*Shared Space Standards: We utilize a structured cleanliness agreement for the kitchen and laundry to ensure shared spaces remain tidy without the usual roommate friction.

*Environment: To maintain a peaceful home for everyone (including our pet ducks in the backyard), we enforce strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking, drugs, parties, or additional pets. Overnight guests require advance approval.
