The three other bedrooms are all spacious and have closets. All bedrooms and the utility room are upstairs.

The kitchen is one of the best parts of the home, with lots of counter space, a gas stove, a large refrigerator, and plenty of cabinets. The open layout makes it easy to cook and live life.

The living room is massive! A lot of room for your imagination.

Location is amazing! 4 minute walk from Buckroe Beach, 15 minute drive to Langley AFB, Fort Monroe is 10 minutes away, Hampton Soccer Field is a 2 minute drive, and plenty of shopping/groceries around.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis.

This home offers the perfect mix of space, comfort, and convenience. If you're looking for a clean, modern home near the beach with plenty of room to spread out, this is it.

Tenant responsible for all utilities.
Tenant responsible for maintaining the lawn, landscaping, and keeping the front and backyard clean, well-maintained, and watered.
No smoking permitted inside the home.
Pets allowed a case-by-case basis. Monthly pet rent will apply per pet.
Parking permitted in the garage and driveway only. No street parking or parking on the lawn.
Minimum credit score of 650 required. Negotiable.
Gross household income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Negotiable.
Background, credit, employment, and rental history verification required.
No prior evictions, landlord judgments, or outstanding utility collections.
Renter's insurance required prior to move-in and throughout the lease term.
Minimum 12-month lease term. Discounts for longer lease terms.
Tenant responsible for replacing HVAC filters every quarter.
Maintain the property in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition at all times.
Promptly notify landlord of any maintenance issues, leaks, appliance malfunctions, or property damage. Within 4 hours between the hours of 8AM EST to 5PM EST.
Replace light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and other routine consumable items during tenancy.
Maintain house temperature between 60F-80F at all times.
Keep sinks, toilets, showers, and drains free of clogs caused by tenant use.
Maintain all appliances in a clean condition and use them according to manufacturer instructions.
Keep gutters, exterior drains, and walkways free from tenant-caused obstructions.
Take reasonable precautions to prevent frozen pipes during cold weather.
Tenant is responsible for repairs resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, or failure to report maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Landlord is responsible for major repairs and maintenance of structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other major building systems not caused by tenant actions.
