Enjoy a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that amplifies the best thing about Arizona...the glorious weather of the Fall, Winter, and Spring! This house has been designed to be very low maintenance while extremely inviting inside and ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE. Enjoy multiple areas to relax in the backyard, have friends over for an evening BBQ and use the bistro lights. Sit on the raised patio and enjoy the view of the nearby pond and fountain. Have coffee in the front courtyard in the morning or enjoy a libation while the landscape lights set a relaxing mood in the courtyard in the evening.

The house is walking distance to numerous restaurants, the best Pre-school in the area (it is where both our sons attended despite being a much farther drive for us), heated community pool, playground, etc.

The large kitchen and inviting living room are perfect for parties. The master bedroom is downstairs, the guest/kids bedrooms are upstairs connected by a bridge that is very appealing for Nerf gun battles (we were sure to test this feature enthusiastically). Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen, high efficiency washer and dryer, and storage galore!

Come see the house and envision yourself in a relaxing environment that is a short walk or drive from school, work, entertainment, and exercise. A short bike ride will put you on South Mountain to enjoy the largest city managed park in the US. Over 50 miles of trails are a very short distance from your doorstep.

We are not a huge company renting this house out, we are a family; we live a couple miles from this house. So if you run into an issue, you don't have to wait for a management company...you call/text me and it gets resolved. We put a lot of care into this house to set it up the way we would want it...easy to care for yet relaxing to spend time.

First and last rent due at signing. Renter pays utilities. HOA and features are paid by owner.
