Spare Room for $1000/mo with utilities included

Each interested applicant will be asked to go through a complete background check and will be personally evaluated to ensure a good fit.
An application does not guarantee a Room for rent.
Any smoking must take place outside and not inside the house.
Off-street parking available.
We are very pet friendly, however all pets must be discussed beforehand.
The preferred lease term will be 12+ months starting 7/1/2026, however we are flexible.
All tenants will adhere to the lease terms agreed to.

    "In all honesty Windsor has lost its small town feel. Neighbors used to know one another and lookout for each other. Now, there are so many transplants that do not abide by traffic rules, bring back woods mentality with them and could care less about their neighbors. We have beautiful parks and recreational areas, but not very friendly or neighborly vibe. "
