En inglésSeeking housemate to share this house and split the $1,800 monthly cost to occupy this property. It is currently occupied by an owner under contract who is using the master bedroom suite. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath available for the housemate. The kitchen, living room and dining room can be shared spaces. The two rooms and bath are off a corridor at the opposite end of the house. If you are interested in the master bedroom suite versus the 2 smaller bedroom suite that is possible consideration. The neighborhood HOA prohibits rentals, but housemates are permitted to share the house. That makes the monthly cost share very attractive. The housemate will have to be compatible with the current female occupant, who does not make significant use of the common spaces. I am reaching out via Zillow rentals because it reaches a wide audience, and showing this as a rental, but it is technically a house sharing agreement. If either housemate should leave, the remaining occupant will have the first option of taking control of the entire property. Spacious vacation or year round: 3 bedrooms with extra lot, in Lakeside community on Lake Gaston at I-85 exit 4. Proximity to Boydton and South Hill. 1 hour to Raleigh or 80 miles to Richmond via Interstate. House is on isolated and private parcel across the street from the inlet waterway. Swimming pool, boat ramp, 9 hole golf course, tennis, pickleball and cornhole plus playground for kids are included HOA amenities. Carport and room for outbuilding up to 1500 sq ft.
New floors and drywall in spacious 1450 ft open floor-plan. New HVAC with heat pump in every room. Large screened porch off oversized master bedroom with door to porch for morning coffee. 12x23 covered concrete front porch suitable for wheelchair. Carport has 30 amp power, and could be enclosed for a workshop/storage. Circular drive with ample parking. Plenty of room to park boats or RV's and toys.
Great storage with generous walk-in closets in each bedroom, mud-room and laundry room off the eat in kitchen. Curb appeal with low taxes and newly paved roads in a waterfront oriented portion of the River Ridge subdivision.
