Whether you're relocating to Austin, on an extended work assignment, or simply looking for a luxury home away from home, this beautifully remodeled executive retreat offers an exceptional combination of comfort, privacy, and convenience. Located in a quiet pocket neighborhood of custom homes just 10 minutes from downtown, you'll enjoy easy access to Tesla, Samsung, Dell, The Domain, UT, the airport, COTA, and all major highways.

The spacious open-concept living area is designed for both relaxing and entertaining. Vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and abundant natural light showcase peaceful views of the creek and surrounding green space. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, a 65" Smart TV with sound bar, and seamless flow into the chef's kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, dual ovens, microwave, touch-activated faucet, filtered water, InstaHot boiling water dispenser, coffee maker, Vitamix blender, toaster, KitchenAid stand mixer, cookware, dishes, and everything needed for extended stays. Enjoy casual meals in the breakfast nook with seating for four or gather in the separate dining room with seating for six.

The primary suite is a true spa retreat featuring a plush adjustable queen bed, premium linens, a 55" Smart TV, and private access to the backyard through a large sliding glass door. The luxurious ensuite bath includes dual vanities, a separate water closet, and an incredible wet room with a freestanding soaking tub, steam shower with chromatherapy, built-in speakers, dual shower systems, body sprays, rain shower, and hand showers.

The front guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the rear guest bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress and direct backyard access through another oversized sliding door. Both guest bedrooms have convenient access to nearby full bathrooms.

Working remotely? A dedicated office with a desk and comfortable chair provides a quiet workspace, while high-speed AT&T fiber internet keeps you connected for video meetings, streaming, and everyday use.

A dedicated laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer with steam cycle, making longer stays easy and convenient.

The home has been completely renovated from top to bottom with all new energy-efficient windows and exterior doors, a high-efficiency HVAC system, and a hybrid heat pump water heater. These thoughtful upgrades help keep the home exceptionally comfortable, quiet, and energy efficient, even during Austin's hottest summer months.

Step outside and you'll forget you're just minutes from the heart of Austin. The peaceful backyard backs to a scenic creek with no rear neighbors, creating a private setting rarely found this close to the city. Multiple seating areas invite you to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after work, or watch squirrels and native birds in the surrounding trees. Next door, approximately three acres of county-owned green space provide room to explore, walk dogs, or access the creek for a relaxing nature walk.

This dog-friendly home (with approval) welcomes well-behaved pets. While the backyard is not fenced, the adjacent green space and nearby creek provide wonderful opportunities for walks and outdoor enjoyment. Offering the privacy and character of an established custom-home neighborhood while remaining minutes from US-290, I-35, US-183, SH-130, downtown Austin, major employers, shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is the perfect turnkey home for corporate relocations, professionals, families between homes, or anyone seeking an extended stay with luxury accommodations.

"We absolutely love living in this neighborhood! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. People take great pride in their homes and lawns, which makes the entire area feel beautiful and well cared for. It’s also very dog-friendly, and the walking trails surrounding the neighborhood are perfect for daily walks and getting outside. Our neighbors are polite, respectful, and the community is generally very quiet and peaceful. It’s been such a wonderful place to call home!"
  • Adriana
"A solid, unpretentious neighborhood where people genuinely look out for each other. It feels safe enough that early morning solo runs before sunrise are no big deal, and you’ll often cross paths with neighbors walking their dogs. Kids play outside, which says a lot about a place. It’s quiet and green, with mature trees that give it a settled, established feel. For all that calm, you’re still just minutes from downtown Austin and the shops and restaurants at Mueller. Commuters will appreciate the easy access to major freeways — it’s one of those rare spots where you get peaceful streets without sacrificing convenience. I’ve lived here for 9 years."
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Neighbors actually look out for each other - the kind of place where someone sets out seeds and dried plants for anyone who wants them. Kids play outside, and people say hello when they pass. It’s a good spot to call home."
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Convenient and easy to commute to and from, close to downtown and the lake. Easy shopping and some restaurants close."
  • Niyiriss
"I have lived in this neighborhood for over 3 years and I love it here. We are a family of 5 and I have kids, all my family loves it here."
  • Diana Figueroa
"Lots of families and dog walkers. Close to lots of shopping centers and grocery stores. Good schools nearby. Houses are a little pricey."
  • Ashlynncoffee
"We have such friendly & caring neighbors! People with children who love to garden & care for animals. Always saying hello and asking if we need anything. It’s a great place to live!"
  • Anne Marie Ioliver
"It is very quiet in Pflugerville. It is very peaceful here. I enjoy walking in the parks and by Lake Pflugerville."
  • Klsbean
"My son and family have lived in Brentwood for over 10 years. This neighborhood is fabulous, a real sense of community. My grandsons go to the elementary school and they love it. "
  • Katherine Tarr
"Wonderview Preschool is an excellent preschool. This neighborhood is filled with families, walking there, dogs, and pushing strollers. It’s just a fun place to be."
  • Sharptopbear
"Waste stations provided and serviced by HOA. Low traffic area with sidewalks. Friendly neighbors……."
  • JLMB
"A close to key conveniences- grocery, pharmacy , clothes shopping , library. etc. Good walking but no dry cleaner, bank etc. Quality Public transportation is lacking . This is not a real traditional large city . It is a sunbelt city grafted in to an older smaller community ."
  • Rhemnaq
"The neighborhood kids seem to love it I saw a few of them playing on the block safely and the other parents seem to be very attentive "
  • Jake Finsta
"There is a high school next door and the neighborhood is always very lively. Not a ton of specific events that are thrown, but great city "
  • Daniel.becka
"Lots of dogs in the neighborhood, walking and running. Lots of green space for them to explore. Very pet friendly. "
  • Chad Yokum
"This neighborhood is not near public transportation. During peak hours, 7:30am-9am and 3:45-6:30 it can take 45-50 minutes to get downtown. It’s just 20 minutes when traffic is flowing. "
  • Crystal Sheffield
"I live in this area commute to work, no problems and privacy. Apartment is very attentive to service calls. "
  • Karina Mendoza
"Super close to the freeway and honestly tucked away so hardly any traffic ever and I love it and would definitely recommend the area. The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. They also dumpster dive very frequently, but for the most part, they are really nice and respectful."
  • Crystal Sheffield
"Not a bad neighborhood, there are kids for couples with children. I haven’t had any packages stolen. Or maintenance problems."
  • Shery Abbassi
"Aggressive dogs not on leash and owners making you feel like it’s your fault an your dogs issue and they are entitled "
  • Unspecified
"It’s family friendly and plenty of things to do for all ages. Many restaurants to choose from and lots of choices for retail shopping and grocery shopping. "
  • Vivian Balderas
"Food truck really close walkable distance to anything and everything. Friendly neighborhood. I’ve met half the people on my block. A lot of people walk their dogs. It’s a family friendly neighborhood. I see the neighbors walking with their children and their families are comfortable visiting them here in this neighborhood. I feel safe in this neighborhood. It’s a quiet neighborhood. There’s the capital Metro rail and it’s not loud. It’s Neighbourhood friendly. I recently had a tree farm in my yard and someone visiting a neighbor on my block, called the police department for me and notified me right away during the storm."
  • Colleen Kerstein
"Highpointe of Dripping Springs is a great family development. There are schools and shopping nearby. "
