Fully furnished. Short term leases available. Minimum 30 days or more. Prefer 90 days. Option to extend your stay with 30 days notice or first right of refusal.
All utilities included. However, if Gas bill exceeds $250 per month, guest will be liable for the difference. This will only happen if pool or spa heater is left on. Free high speed WiFi.
Refundable security deposit required.
Pets considered for additional fee.
