Central A/C and forced-air heating is present.

Outside: Step out into the large, fully landscaped backyard and covered patio. There's a Weber Genesis gas grill, an egg chair, and patio chairs to relax in.

Kitchen & Butler's Pantry

Modern Kitchen: Features an island with 4 barstools and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, and a fridge with a water/ice dispenser. Fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots, knives, basic cooking utensils and spices.

Butler's Pantry: A dedicated space housing a Breville microwave/toaster oven, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, small blender, and a waffle maker.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Primary Suite: Features a King-size bed with premium Casper mattress, a large walk-in closet, a dresser with nightstands, and an iron/ironing board. The attached en-suite bathroom has a double-sink vanity and an oversized soaking tub.

Second Bedroom: Comfortable Queen-size bed, bookshelf, dresser, nightstands, and a standard closet.

Third Bedroom / Office: A smaller, versatile room equipped with a desk and a daybed that converts into a near King-size bed.

Second Bathroom: Full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

(Note: Hairdryers, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in both bathrooms).

Amenities & Extras

Attached 2-Car Garage: Keep your vehicles out of the snow! Includes a 240V EV charging plug (NEMA 14 50) and a small home gym (squat rack, Olympic barbell with weights, and a treadmill). Note, only 1 car fits in the car when the gym is in place.

In-Home Laundry: Convenient LG WashTower washer and dryer and utility sink.

Smart lock allows for either keyed or keyless entry.

Fully furnished and includes electricity/natural gas (Fair Usage Policy applies), water, 500mbps fiber internet, garbage, sewer, lawn maintenance. Tenant responsible for snow removal. Electricity and gas subject to reasonable use amoNo smoking anywhere on the property, no pets preferred but small dog may be negotiable.

All applications and tenant screening are processed securely through RentSpree. The screening fee of $39.99 is paid directly to RentSpree by the applicant and covers the actual cost of the credit, criminal, and eviction reports. We do not accept comprehensive reusable (portable) tenant screening reports.
