- Four bedrooms: Master ensuite (king), bedroom 2 (queen), bedroom 3 (queen), bedroom 4 guest quarters off garage (two twin beds). The fourth bedroom, guest quarters, has private access and accessible through the garage.

Owner covers all utilities including internet, gas, electricity, water and trash service. TV's provided are Smart TV's; guests are responsible for logging into their own entertainment app accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc).
A utility allowance is included in the rental. Any usage exceeding the allowance will be reconciled at the end of the rental period.
Payment Terms:
*Pricing can range $12,480 to $18,720 depending on seasonal demand.
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Monthly rent is due on the 15th of the proceeding month (e.g July rent is due June 15th).
A 5% convenience fee applies to credit card payments.

Move out clean - $595
Mid month cleaning: $395
Occupancy and House Rules:
Ideal occupancy: 2 guests
Occasional visitors are welcome with prior approval (max occupancy not to exceed 8 guests)
