Please note this is a downstairs unit, with a fenced-in yard area, but it may not be entirely secure, and pets should be supervised when in the yard area. When out in the common grounds areas, pets must be on a leash at all times, per HOA rules. Also, HOA rules now state that any "bathroom" breaks for dogs must be done off HOA/common grounds property, on the street, or otherwise, but off of the community property, and should be picked up. Any pet bathroom breaks being taken within the community or on common grounds could be grounds for a fee or fine now being imposed by the HOA, and that would be a tenant's responsibility or grounds for a breach of the lease agreement.
