The kitchen holds a refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and has ample space for a table. There are hardwood floors in the living space and bedrooms with easy-to-clean linoleum in the kitchen and bath. A one-car attached garage is included. This home had been nicely updated lending it a feel of warmth. There is a shared coin-op washer/dryer in the basement. A large, fenced backyard holds a garden area for those who love to play in the dirt. Will consider a pet with a non-refundable minimum deposit of $600. Please note that the basement apartment is a separate rental.

Owner pays water/sewer/trash. Tenant pays electric and gas. No smoking. Yard waternig, mowing and snow removal are tenant responsibilities. All tenant notices given to vacate the property must be in writing with a minimum time of 30 days. Pets under 50 pounds may be accepted with a $600.00 non-refundable deposit and $50.00 monthly pet rent.
