- Large backyard, perfect for our furry guests**
- Outdoor seating area with fire pit, corn hole & giant Jenga!
- Two large dedicated work spaces; perfect for digital nomads & corporate travelers!
- Primary Suite with King bed (sleeps 2), large closet space & en suite bathroom with double sinks
- Second bedroom with a Queen bed (sleeps 2)
- Third bedroom with Twin Daybed and Twin Trundle (sleeps 2)
- Multiple ways to make coffee, including a Nespresso machine & pods
- Super fast wifi for all of your work from home needs
- Multiple Smart HDTVs; Login to use Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, HBO, Disney+ and more!

*In order to keep our rental costs as low as possible for our long term guests, we have implemented a $250 cap on electricity for stays over 30 days only. In the heat of the summer with normal AC use, the electricity costs around $200-$225. Therefore, reasonable AC use/EV charging should not result in a bill above $250, but if it does, guests will be charged for the additional usage.
**Well-behaved and house broken dogs are welcome, up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee ($200 for 1, $300 for 2). Unfortunately, we cannot host cats. Please disclose if you have a pet or service animal ahead of your stay.
Other things to note
For the safety of our home and our guests, there is a doorbell camera & driveway camera that record video and audio footage.
Our backyard neighbor has a small chicken coop. City regulations do not allow them to roam free or to exceed the noise ordinance, but you may occasionally hear the them throughout your stay.
Month to month lease with a minimum of a 30 day stay. Fully furnished and all utilities are included (streaming/satellite/cable TV service are not included). **Well-behaved and house broken dogs are welcome, up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee ($200 for 1, $300 for 2).
