En inglésOur recently renovated, spacious casita has been thoughtfully updated with comfortable modern furnishings, and a sleek bathroom while maintaining the warmth and charm that made it such a special home. In fact, the previous tenant loved living here so much that what was originally planned as a three-month stay turned into an incredible 2,5 years.
The studio features a fully equipped FULL-SIZED kitchen with quality appliances, including an electric stove and French-door refrigerator. A large skylight fills the space with natural light, while blackout shades provide a dark, restful environment-perfect for night-shift workers or anyone who enjoys sleeping in.
Relax in the cozy living area with Apple TV and built-in bookshelves, or take advantage of the spacious desk, ideal for working remotely or studying.
The casita has its own private entrance, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay. Outside, a charming side yard with a small garden bed offers a peaceful spot to relax or enjoy a bit of gardening.
Whether you're visiting for a few months, or longer, our casita offers a comfortable, quiet retreat in one of Oceanside's most desirable neighborhoods.
The ADU is connected to the main house through the garage but has its own separate, fully private entrance, allowing you to come and go independently while still enjoying the convenience of being on the same property. We are a young family with two children and live in the main house.
Our backyard is reserved for our family and is not available for tenant use. However, there is a small side yard with a garden bed that guests are welcome to enjoy if they would like a little outdoor space.
We also have a sweet and quiet cocker spaniel who lives on the property. Our dog is very calm and is not a source of noise or disturbance.
The laundry room is located in the main house, but you do not need to walk through the home to access it. Laundry access is available upon request. We are happy to coordinate a convenient time for use or arrange a dedicated laundry day based on your needs.
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable living environment for all tenants, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:
1. No parties or large gatherings are allowed on the premises. We ask that you respect your neighbors' right to peace and quiet.
2. Pets are not allowed in the unit. This includes all types of animals, with the exception of service
(assistance) animals.
3. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the premises. This includes all types of smoking materials, such as cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes.
4. Any damage to the unit or its contents must be reported to the landlord immediately.
5. Attic, located above the unit, is not for tenants' usage. We ask you to make it available for entrance twice a year: once in November and once in January. Electrical panel and water shutoff are located in the ADU and must be available for emergencies or maintenance. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the property.
