Home is located in a great neighborhood with a park and playground across the street. Big fenced in yard with sprinkler system and outdoor storage shed. Separately fenced in dog area. Pets allowed. Two car garage and additional outdoor storage area for a camper or other vehicles available. Toys can be stored behind the fence also. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the master bathroom has a double shower, double sink and another closet. The home is within a couple minute drive from the events center and Main Street, just off the bypass in the homestead subdivision.

Pets are allowed. Renter pays all utilities, including fiber internet if wanted. There are solar panels on the roof that take care of the electric bill, unless you use more than their production. Renter pays the DMEA connection fee to cover and any additional electric they may use. The home has a gas fire place for cozy winters.
No smoking permitted inside the house, NO exceptions.
Month to month or longer lease available and can be negotiated. The home is NOT furnished. Parking is available in front of the garage, in the garage and in front of the fence.

Snow removal in the winter is included, so it makes it an easy, comfortable place to live, making it easy for families or the perfect lock and leave property! Within 5 minutes or less of downtown. Shopping and all schools are close by. Montrose itself is a clean, safe, comfortable sized community. It has all the amenities you need with a mild climate and 300+ days of sunshine, and yet close to skiing and snow shoeing, biking, hiking, jeeping, camping, and only 5 hours from Denver!...you name it Montrose area has it ! It's a great place to call home!"
