No Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping, or marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the dwelling, garage, and any enclosed areas of the property. Any violation of this policy will be considered a breach of the lease and may result in fines, termination of the lease, and/or charges for deodorizing and repairs.

Utilities
Tenant shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining utility services in their name for electricity, water, and trash collection for the duration of the lease. Tenant agrees to pay all utility bills in full and on time. Failure to maintain utilities may be considered a lease violation.

Routine cleaning and housekeeping
Minor maintenance such as tightening fixtures and unclogging drains caused by tenant use
Proper care of appliances, plumbing, and fixtures

Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of any needed repairs beyond general maintenance or any condition that could cause damage if left unaddressed. Tenant will be responsible for damages resulting from neglect, misuse, or failure to report issues in a timely manner.
