My flat is located in a classic historic Victorian building and in the heart of Uptown/City Park West within walking distance to hospitals, several shops, restaurants and parks.
This fully furnished one-bedroom flat is spacious (906 square feet) with an open floor plan. It is full of charm with exposed brick walls, 10-foot ceilings, a decorative fireplace with candles and original hardwood floors. It's decorated in a minimalist style with touches of mid-century modern and industrial elements. There is a 43" Smart TV w/Roku in the living room.
It has its own entrance which is only 8 steps up from the sidewalk. The bedroom is in the back of the floor plan which offers a quiet escape from urban life.
In the bedroom, there is a queen size pillow-top bed, desk/chair and dresser. There is also a window air conditioner.
Off the bedroom in the back, is a private (52sf) balcony with a Coleman grill, seating area and twinkle lighting for an evening outside.
I love to cook, so the kitchen is set up with everything you'll need!
The bathroom has recently been remodeled and has a shower and a deep tub for a great soak.
A full-size stackable washer and dryer are in the unit also.
The location is incredible! Many restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, yoga and spa services close by. It is a short 5-minute walk to many amenities. City Park, Chessman Park and Denver Botanic Gardens, are close also. Downtown Denver and the Performing Arts Center are easily accessible as well.
This is my personal home when I am not traveling, so it's set up beautifully, is very comfortable and has everything you'll need. You will feel as at home here as I do!

One-time cleaning fee is $300.
Security deposit (refundable) is $1,500.
