The large master bedroom is carpeted and has a ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, a soak tub, a separate privacy room for the toilet, a separate standup shower and a HUGE walk-in closet!

The second and third bedrooms are also good sized, are carpeted, have large closets, and share the hall bath.

The washer and dryer hook up are in the laundry room, between the kitchen and two car garage.

Applicants should have clean rental history (no eviction action, whatsoever) and income of at least 3x monthly rent. Landlord checks credit and criminal history. $40 application fee per adult resident. Lease terms are a standard 12-month contract, unless agreed upon in advance.

Authorized pets welcome, with a $250 per pet (non-refundable) pet fee. Limit two; weight limit 60 lbs Tenant is responsible for lawn care and all utilities.
