The suite shares only a single wall with the owner's hallway. The connecting interior door remains permanently closed, providing complete separation and privacy.

The kitchenette is designed for everyday meal preparation and includes:

- Portable induction stove top
- Dish drying rack
- Sponges, dish soap, and cleaning supplies included

Please note that this is not a full-sized kitchen. Cooking is performed using the provided appliances, and dishes are washed using the bathroom sink and drying rack.

Shared washer and dryer are located in the garage.

You will receive access through a smartphone-enabled garage door system. Laundry facilities may be used between the hours of 7AM - 10PM.

About the Owner:

I am a 30-year-old male and professional software engineer who works full-time in office. I maintain a clean, quiet, and respectful household and am looking for a tenant who values the same.

Applicant Requirements:

- Proof of employment and income
- Credit report or credit screening authorization
- Renter's insurance with minimum $300,000 liability coverage prior to move-in
- Valid government-issued photo ID

Additional Policies:

- Single occupancy only
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use anywhere on the property
- No subletting
- No pets without prior approval
