"Neighborhoods are growing rapidly. New developments are happening every week. City is starting sidewalk and streets pending November 2027. Moved in 2024 and love the proximity to downtown and Alamodome."

"It’s nice and clean and nice size sidewalks for everyone not to much bad stuff going g on a few bad ppl driving around you can tell looking for trouble I would not leave small children out front alone but walking in a group of kids fine and a single female fine lots of walkers "

"We have a 4th of July neighborhood parade. People in the neighborhood bring out their chairs and sit on the lawn to watch their friends/neighbors parade down the street dressed for the occasion in red, white and blue. Dogs are included."

"I’ve lived here for more than 20 years. It’s a great city with a hometown feel! My neighborhood is small and has no HOA which is the best part. Everyone is friendly and takes care of their properties. "

"High traffic. Low crime. Stable ownership. Is just now being gentrified. Thank God. Until that transition is complete, it will be a wasteland of shabby house with zero landscaping. "
