Holstein Properties has been managing (family run business) apartments in Inglewood for 25+ years. There is no 3rd party property management. Repairs are done usually in within 24 hours and our properties are kept in great condition. Our mission is to make sure all house rules are followed and to ensure a great living environment for all of our residents.

NOTE; We do NOT charge tenants for Water or Trash. Many owners sneak these charges back to the tenants (aka RUBS). and it will charge you $100-$200 more. We pay Water and Trash. Tenant pays Gas and Electric (and internet).

Security deposit:
If you have great credit and verifiable income, we will rent to you with a reduced security deposit of $500.

If you have no credit, foreign passport, or non-verifiable employment, we will consider a full deposit
