The courtyard outside the building has access to space for gatherings, garden boxes, and lawn for pets to play. Secure garage with one dedicated parking space, 4' x 8' storage locker adjacent to parking, and plentiful street parking.

Across Lowry Boulevard is access to Lowry playing fields, Jackie Robinson Fields, Great Lawn Park, Lowry Berm/Wetlands trails, and Big Bear Ice Skating Rink. This provides quick access to walking, hiking, and dog park.
Building is also walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars, in Lowry, including the Air and Space Museum, Lowry Beer Garden, North County taqueria, Cafe Mercato, Safeway, and Rocket Ship Ice Cream.

Ten-minute drive to Cherry Creek and twenty-minute drive to downtown.
The monthly rent is $2,200 (furnished) and $2,100 (unfurnished). The security deposit is one month's rent. Pet deposit is $300. Due at signing is first month's rent, security deposit, and pet deposit (if applicable). Prefer 6-month or longer lease. Utilities are covered by renter, this includes electric, gasn(usually $50-75/month) and internet.

Start date July 1st onward. No smoking. The monthly rent is $2,200 (furnished) and $2,100 (unfurnished). The deposit is first month rent, security, and pet (if applicable). Prefer 6-month lease or longer.
Utilities will be renter responsibility.
Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.
