Neighbors are well educated, friendly, and ages range from 1 to the 90s. There are a lot of walkers in the morning and evening and parks, golf, tennis, and a community are blocks away. "

Events like Mother’s Day celebrations, movie nights, back to school BBQ, Friday nights at the park with food trucks. We also have a community garden. My neighborhood (Colonial del Valley) is mostly elderly people who raised their kids here and a mix of younger people who are buying homes from relatives. "

They may not like reckless drivers that cut through the neighborhood streets at times. This would usually occur at night though. It is minutes away from the university and shopping downtown or a variety of shops, eating establishments, and the mall is not far away. There is also a fire station nearby, but not too close to be disturbing. "
