    "Great area to raise kids but the schools in Yonkers are awful. Many kids on our block. Friendly neighbors. Many people walk in this neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. I always feel safe. My daughter constantly leaves scooters, toys, and bikes outside and they are always there in the morning. Great place to live. "

    "Located on I-87, Ridge Hill is located pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Nice views of the nearby Costco, Home Depot and Stew Leonard parking lots but you couldn't walk there because it's a 2-lane exit ramp off the interstate. Oh, a waste treatment plant is also nearby. I can't imagine why anyone would want to purchase in this location, it's going to be like Co-Op City with a Lord & Taylor. "
