    "Amazing neighborhood, mostly townhouses on quiet tree lined blocks. A lot of apartments have backyards. There is all kings of public transportation, but parking a car might be a little hard, but it’s very close to the city. It’s my favorite neighborhood of n Brooklyn!!!"

    "I’ve lived in the neighborhood for five years, it feels so central via all modes of transportation. So many train lines are walking distance. Buses stop on the corner. The ferry will take you to Wall Street, LIC or the East side of 34th street. Bike lanes & CitiBike are available if you don’t want to walk or wait for the bus. The building also has a bike room to store your bike. Prospect Park is directly up Vanderbilt Ave. Wegman’s is walking distance as well. There’s a farmer market at Fort Greene Park every Saturday. There are a lot of local restaurants to dine in or get take out at. Parking is doable in a 3 block radius especially since alternative side is less restrictive. The Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge are very close for easy access to the city. The courtyard is it’s own oasis. Neighbors are friendly and often the building holds events to foster community. I’ve been fortunate to be one of the originals here at Navy Green."
