"Best area in Midtown. Large house on large lot, in clean, quiet area, very short walk to schools of all levels very near on north side of a major university campus in the heart of the cultural center. South side of campus has plenty of entertainment, night life, recreation, parks. Public transportation nearby, and easy access to all major highways. Can't get any better."
