"The neighborhood is nice, the schools are great (always ranked at the top by US News), and it is very pet friendly. "I live in the King Farm neighborhood and love it. This particular property on Piccard Drive is across from a 27 acre park that has ball fields, a huge play ground and a dog park. There's a farmer's market every Saturday as well. The community is exceptionally safe and clean and it's a great area for families with kids. This is a safe haven with a great public transportation system and quick access to Washington, D.C. via Shady Grove Metro, I-270 and I-495 nearby. Shops, Safeway, and great restaurants are within walking distance from anywhere within King Farm--it's a true walking community. "
