"Honestly, nothing makes this unique. Just a regular old neighborhood. mostly middle aged people. not many, if it all in my age group. "

"I work at the neighborhood elementary school and walk to work. I have no commute. My husbands commute is ok gets on 470 rather quickly."

"Very pet friendly neighborhood and the area where I am at is very quiet after 8pm and no pets are kept outside, well lit streets to walk the pets at night. Would say nothing negative to say. Oh well taken care of sidewalks and many trails to walk your pet. "

"The super fast development make it unique. All the new houses, businesses, schools, people, etc. Plus this is the most unfriendly, yet very neighborly neighborhood I've ever lived in."

"There are a lot of green belts and parks for dogs around here. Also pet stores are pretty close so there's easy access to whatever supplies they may need."

"Due to all the construction lately, commuting to and from the area is kind of frustrating. It seems like they work on all our major roads at once. However, getting in and out of my neighborhood specifically is typically easy and not too congested. The exception being one stop light in the area that I've sat at for 7+ minutes on more than one occasion."

"Not to leave their kids stuff outside at night -- we seem to have a lot of theft from yards around here. Anytime I've personally had anything stolen from my yard or car, the police in the area have basically told me that there's not much they can do because theft is common in the area."

"Seven Hills is unique in that it is an older neighborhood with large lots and comfortable homes. It is close to shopping and has neighborhood restaurants that are within walking distance. It is a quiet area and good for raising a family."

"It is easy to commute to and from my neighborhood because of the easy access to E-470. Routes to I-25 and I-70 to and from the neighborhood are fairly easy as well."

"To work it's 15 minutes (I work in the Denver Tech Center). Mornings and evenings there is a bit more traffic -- everyone is going to work or coming from work. Commute to tech center is pretty decent, can get jammed up during busier times though (Cherry Creek Damn Road and I-225 get busy during rush hour). For those who drive downtown, expect a longer commute."
