"Sugar Hill is a perfect location with many parks nearby, The Mall of Georgia only a few miles down the road, and Lake Lanier within 10 minutes drive! Plus, it is very close to I985 and I85, so easy access to the interstate. Downtown Sugar Hill has had beautiful new theater, restaurants, and even outdoor venue recently added. It’s a beautiful town!"

"You will need a car as there is no public transport. I work in the city so my commute without traffic is approximately 45 mins to an hour. With traffic it can be anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 hours."
