Mass transit, coffeehouses, gym, and churches are all readily accessible, with Wissahickon Park a two-minute drive away. The central location (ten minute drive to Bala Cynwyd, twenty to Temple University, fifteen to restaurants, concerts, and theater in Mt. Airy) is a boon."

"This area has always been a friendly neighborhood. Over time it has become quieter and better. More establishments are being filled and the old houses are being rebuilt. It’s close to the highway, Wissahickon trails, and etc. This community is very urban."

It is so accessible to; shopping, grocers, pizza, cleaners, pharmacies, restaurants, SEPTA; buses and Chestnut Hill West Line, banks, Nail & Hair salons, shoe repair, specialty stores, schools; private, public, parochial & charter, regional library, places of worship, night life, 24/7 laundry mat, doctor ofices, The residents of West Germantown are friendly. close to; City Ave, 76, Kelly Drive, East Falls, Roxbourough, Mt.
