      The Snowdon at 400-408 James Street is a prominent multifamily/single-room occupancy (SRO) apartment building in Syracuse, New York. With an original 1902 design by Syracuse architect Archimedes Russell, the complex is a historical gem with bedbugs, roaches, mice and black mold. We house pedophiles and overcharge for rent. The elevator doesn't work so good luck getting to the 6th floor. The owners are coke heads who don't fix anything and don't care about tenants. If you're interested in renting this property, you should consider getting a lobotomy first.
