"People walk dogs often in the neighborhood. I just wish more would pick up after their dogs. Not many outside dogs barking or causing issues. "

"Relatively quiet neighborhood. Most people are friendly and offer a wave or issue a greeting if you walk past or see them out in their yards."

"It’s safe and quite. If you smile and wave at people in the area they usually will smile and wave back. Other than that people usually keep to themselves. It’s a pretty clean area. People pick up after themselves and take care of their yards. "

"Many dogs are left outside in the backyard causing a lot of noise. There are some pet owners who keep their pets inside the home but the ones that don’t, so cause a lot of noise which can be heard from inside your home."

"Its a safe friendly neighborhood. The issue is no one takes pride in the neighborhood. It’s constantly trashed. Yards and streets are horrendous. "

"This is a generally older resident neighborhood but younger families are moving in. I know my neighbors on both sides and behind me and others up and down the street. There’s a great green belt with jogging/walking/biking trails in immediate access. "

"neighborhood is always clean and maintained and you can walk and feel safe in doung so. ths people are friendly and having next-door app helps keep you posted on the things going on around you i think that helps keep rhe crime rates down. another thing i really like is if your fur babies gets loose are come up missing and when alarmed everyone is on the lookout for them. They take missing animals as serious as missing children. "
