Just a couple of months ago we had 5 neighbors work together to get a new fence. It was actually the first time we met the neighbors behind us. They were super friendly, inviting us in. "

"If you are wanting to live on this area because the rent is cheaper ,I am telling you this DONT this is a high crime, high in drugs , gangs, police do not respond promptly as needed. They also pick and choose daily if they will take back the streets here .they dont!!! furniture, garbage ,mattresses etc... always on curb , piles of wood and appliance. people are rude and never speak English. "Neighborhood has lots of young families. Generally dog friendly and nice people. Homeless folks and occasional rvs pop up from time to time. Other than that it’s pretty safe. "
