The Sears Crosstown building has been home to many things over its almost 100-year history. Over 400,000 sqft on the upper floors of the building housed tens of thousands of unique products goods that were pulled by hand, packaged and tied with the distinctive "Sears Knot," then shipped out daily to one of over 650,000 customers in the region.     "There is nothing but trash and broken glass all around the complex but especially on the walk outside of the gates. If you want to get to a good walking neighborhood, your dog needs shoes. Also, no one picks up after their pet here and the management doesn't have any waste stations despite charging a lot to have pets here."
