"It is easy to access the TART trail. The Porch Fest (musicians playing on peoples’ porches) in the fall is very family friendly, and you can walk to downtown (and therefore swimming at the public beaches) easily. "

"Almost all of the residents of my neighborhood have at least one dog and many have two dogs. It’s a very dog friendly community and there are plenty of dog friendly parks to hike with your dog or take your dog for a swim."

"The area that I’m in, is close to one of the busiest roads in town. I would not let me daughter play outside alone for that reason. There’s is a lot of homeless people that walk through my neighborhood. They keep to themselves "
