"4th of July block parties! Great HOA and neighborhood is wonderful! Everyone is so nice here! People go out of their way to be nice and neighborly! Homes are kept up and painted, yards always landscaped really nice! We love it here and will never move unless we are forced too! "

"It’s almost all rentals now and so most of the yards look awful and people litter. It’s still a nice, quiet, family neighborhood with good walls and pretty houses, just has gone downhill a bit. I enjoy living here, the neighborhood has a nice park."
