"The Walton and Grand Concourse streets between 161st and 164th are the nicest. Right in front of the park, train is walking distance and pretty quiet at night 90% of the year. "

"If you have small children in this area you will have problems with them getting a full nights sleep with all the loud sirens from the ambulances and police. Overall neighborhood is good but a few unruly people make a nice place seem bad a few times a year. "
