"We don’t have any community events in my little neighborhood. Occasional garage sales, but nothing major. It’s quiet and that why I like it. 😊"

"We are on a quiet street without street parking allowed. We really like that we can walk our dogs and there’s only people around that live here. Usually not any strange people or riff-raff. All of our neighbors keep good care of their yards and take pride in their homes."

Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
