"There are several green spaces where dogs and their owners can go to play and run. The spaces are marked and kept clean and seem to be safe for the pets."
  • Trulia User
"my commute to work and home is pleasant and peaceful. beautiful surrounding especially in the summer I love shopping downtown especially Grocery shopping I was glad when the city put a grocery store downtown very convenient. "
  • Trulia User
"The heart of downtown Cleveland Ohio! Everything good you can think of is here! Everything from Sports stadiums, bars, farmers market, awesome transit system! Born and raised, I love my city! Simply beautiful!"
  • Trulia User
"Downtown has easy public trans commutes to almost any part of the Cleveland area. Commuting by car is also pretty easy, as far as morning traffic is concerned."
  • Trulia User
"I’ve lived downtown Cleveland for 6 years and I wouldn’t live anywhere else in the city! It’s the perfect location for all ages!"
  • Trulia User
"The usual perks of downtown living are there. However, there is a TON of car vandalism in the warehouse district. Also it seems many dogs owners allow their dogs to pee & poop right in front of buildings and stores and generally all over the sidewalk, so just walking down the street can be stinky and unpleasant. Wish more people took pride in this neighborhood and acted accordingly."
  • Trulia User
"Nice place to live short term. Way too noisy and parking is too expensive. Restaurants and bars close early even on the weekends. "
  • Alex L.
"We love all the historic buildings and beautiful architecture. It’s easy to walk around downtown and there is always something to see."
  • Legal Beagle
"There are lots of dogs living downtown. There are green spaces on almost every block. Many people; however, fail to clean up after their dog. Please don’t be one of those people. "
  • Bwfax
"not enough stores and none of the pharmacy are open late. not enough stores. parking is a catch 22 in the evening "
  • Simone M. S.
"not for kids to play..no parks for them to play at..plus it's close to homeles.ashelters as well as a lot of club foot.traffic"
  • SD
"My spouse and I walk to work. Love our neighbors and fellow downtown residents. Bars and restaurants who are responsible good neighbors are awesome. The city allows four bar owners to negatively affect the livability of the neighborhood. They also divert public safety funds to monitor the area to “just stop fights” of drunk bar patrons one one block, yet leave other surrounding streets (and neighborhoods) unsafe. The only thing from keeping downtown Cleveland from being amazing is the city itself. "
  • Bre C.
"I have a pup myself and he loves his pup friends! For a downtown community there’s a fair amount of grass area to walk to. However, for me the nearest dog park is a 25 minute walk each way."
  • Amanda B.
"Multiple designated pet areas in the Warehouse District to let them off the leash for some exercise! Depending on the apartment you live in, most complexes now offer pet areas as well as daily dog walking services. "
  • Michael M.
"Being surrounded by nightlife (the Flats and West 6th) is a huge benefit for the younger crowd, but also being in walking distance from First Energy, Progressive, and the Q is awesome for any sports fan. "
  • 13optwp
"Lots of dog parks and places to go walk your dog. This is a dog friendly place that has came along way in the last few years"
  • Cary B.
"baseball games football games basketball games concerts Etc. comedy shows and great people the republic party the Democrat party's great bars Great clubs"
  • Robertjamesroche
"What makes this neighborhood unique is the revitalization of the downtown area. There are plenty of spaces to walk dogs if you own a dog and the areas are kept nice and neat. There is also public transportation to get around town that is completely free."
  • Grayes c. d.
"20 min commute I use the rapid train to get downtown I work downtown easy to get to the downtown area"
  • Levi S.
"It's close to everything. It helps that I work downtown, so I have no commute. I just walk everywhere."
  • Beverly P.
"I have lived in Seymour, TN 37865 for 12+ years. The neighbors all know one another but primarily only have events with family. We gave our 83yr. old neighbor a Father's Day Party one year. We have full view of the Mountain Range from Cosby to Blount County. We have a very unique neighborhood as most have lived there most all of their lives. We have great neighbors, both in friendliness and concern for one another's property's safe keeping."
  • Wannetta A.
"its wonderful to live so close to the Home of the late Langston Hughes. also, its under a 5 minute drive to three major Hospitals in Cleveland."
