Description

This property is located within short miles of Vallejo Mare Island Ferry service and breweries, as well as restaurants like The Sardine Can and many more. Near Lincoln Elementary School and close to 80/37 Freeway Access. The unit has its own entry away from the main building.

This three-bedroom unit is very charming, with lots of woodwork and accents, lots of natural light, a Victorian/modern style interior, and lots of closet space. Stainless Steel Appliances, nice white granite counter-top, and modern kitchen cabinets, with a nice studio space and amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The unit has a W/D hookup. Parking, although it is on the street, is not a headache to get a spot whiting a few feet of the building. We also offer ample garage space for storage and/working shop. The rate for this space is $300 in addition to the rent.

A new Washer and Dryer have been installed, plus we have built an additional toilet with sink for extra convenience.

Rental Requirements are:
- All persons 18 years of age or older must complete and sign an application. All applicants must meet the qualifications to be accepted
- Credit: Must have a minimum FICO score of 700. CONDITIONAL APPROVAL with FICO score between 650 and 700
- No prior evictions or unlawful detainer filings.
- Must have verifiable gross income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
- No Smoking
- No Pets
- Credit check is $45 per applicant
- Vallejo Housing Authority: Applicants are welcome

    "There are a lot of dogs in this neighborhood, and the school has a large field to take your dog. My only issue with this area is there are quite a few drug dealers and users that will harass you if you take your dog to said field. Really the next option is going to Curtola (5 minute drive, 30 minute walk). So, hopefully you have a car so you can find a dog park that is a 20 minute drive away. "

    "This place is a dump. A homeless camp is always popping up and thriving two streets away. You call the city, it takes three months to get the camp cleaned up then two weeks later, it’s back in full swing. The potholes on my street messed up my alignment in my car. They keep getting bigger and bigger. The school down the street is full of trash from the students and I’ve found discarded drug paraphernalia such as needles, drug baggies, and crack pipes. "
