"We live out in the country, we have 3 1/2 acres and electric fencing. We have a security gate. But we can be at the movies or Macyās in 9-10 minutes. Parents should know to keep their children, pets and home safe with cameras and ADT."

"I lived in this neighborhood for 7 years. The only thing that unique was there is only one-way in & one-way out. So people donāt usually come up here unless they live here or are visiting. Seems to be a safety perk. "

"Anywhere in Redding is approx 15 minutes. Car thefts are high. Theft in general is high. Beautiful city. We moved here in 1991 and the parks were safe for kids. Now, kids come upon syringes etc. making it unsafe. The homeless problem is horrible as they steal and are at every corner begging for money. Iām so looking forward to leave this city after retirement. Mount Shasta and SHASTA lake are nearby. Mt Lassen is also close by to the East. Beautiful areas for hiking. "
