"Community gatherings and also there are schools nearby that host school events. I also like the local shops that are nearby. It adds a lot of local feel to the community that can’t be found in other places. I also like Christmas time as there seems to be more of a feel of community during this time and during any of the holidays"

"I've lived in this neighborhood for the last 4 years. It's a fairly quiet residential neighborhood with a lot of families. Close to a high school and only about a 5 minute drive to the lake! There's an incredible view of the city within a 10 minute walk and many cute restaurants nearby. The commute to downtown is only 30 minutes by bus or 20 by the light rail which is conveniently located within a 10 minute walking distance."
